This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for services from RealTech SEO Digital.
Your agreement comes first
Every project or monthly package is confirmed in a written quotation or agreement. The cancellation, notice period and refund terms in that document apply to your services. If anything in this page differs from your signed agreement, the agreement takes priority.
Monthly services
Monthly services such as SEO, social media marketing, Google Ads management and lead generation can be cancelled by giving notice as set out in your agreement. Work already carried out for the current period is generally not refundable.
Advertising spend and third-party costs
Advertising budgets are paid to platforms such as Google or Meta and are controlled in your ad accounts. Third-party tools, software, domains and hosting are billed by their providers and follow their own refund terms.
One-time projects
For one-time work such as website design or landing pages, payment milestones and any refunds are defined in the project quotation.
